What should I bring?
Bring a swimsuit, towel, and a warm layer. However you are comfortable!
How does timing work?
The event runs from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM. You may arrive anytime during the window and move between the sauna and ocean plunge at your own pace. George’s exclusive discount is good all day, before and after the event.
Is this safe?
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. All guests will complete a waiver prior to participating.

The sauna will be set up oceanfront at Salty Brine Beach, near George’s of Galilee in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Convenient parking right next to sauna!
