Please note, when renting the sauna, you are required to have a solid level surface for the sauna. The area needs to be accessible for drop-off with an area 16’ length x 9’ width and a vertical clearance of 12’.

For your safety, we cannot leave the sauna in an unsafe landscape that does not have above specs.

You will receive a printed instruction sheet at drop-off, walking you through safely operating the sauna stove.

The sauna is cleaned and sanitized with natural cleaners after each private booking to comply with all health standards.

We include Mobile delivery within a radius of 15 miles of Narragansett Town Beach (02882). We charge a modest travel fee for areas outside of this radius.

Cancellation Policy

For private, on location rentals, A deposit or full payment is required to secure your sauna reservation. Any balance is to be paid within 14 days of your rental. After that time, your deposit is non-refundable.

For public or drop-in sessions, cancellations with a full refund are available up to 4 hours in advance. Please reach out with any further inquiries, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
