Welcome to Sauna On Location (SOL). We're honored to bring warmth, restoration, and connection to your space. Before your session begins, we ask that you take a moment to acknowledge the safety guidelines and accept our waiver of liability.

We take your wellbeing seriously, and we ask the same from you. This form ensures that everyone entering the sauna understands the risks, respects the heat, and takes responsibility for themselves and any guests under their supervision.

Cancellation Policy:

For private, on location rentals, a deposit or full payment is required to secure your sauna reservation. Any balance is to be paid within 14 days of your rental. (A link will be emailed to you for balance payment). After that time, your deposit is non-refundable.

For public or drop-in sessions, cancellations with a refund is available up to 4 hours in advance. Please reach out with any further inquiries, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
